that
western
holidays
are
being
increasingly
popular
day
by
day，
while
chinese
traditional
festivals
are
being
somewhat
neglected。
not
long
before
about
10
doctors
in
beijing
university
and
qinghua
unversity
announced
that
we
should
reject
the
invasion
of
western
holidays
，because
they
regard
western
holidays
as
an
challenge
against
our
traditional
festivals
and
culture。
frankly
speaking，
i
don’t
quite
agree
with
them。indeed，
we
should
never
neglect
or
even
discard
our
traditonal
festivals
as
china
boasts
a
brilliant
history
and
splendid
traditions。

why
can’t
we
absorb
the
meaningful
western
holidays
and
culture。
there
are
obvious
reasons
why
some
western
holidays
are
so
popular
in
china。
on
the
one
hand，
some
of
the
western
holidays
which
we
chinese
don’t
have
are
reasonable
and
meaningful，
such
as
father’s
day
and
april
fool’s
day
etc。
on
the
other
hand，the
prevalence
of
globalization
enables
western
culture
to
prevail
in
china。
overwhelmed
by
such
a
trend，chinese
unconsiciously
get
involved
in
western
holidays
and
culture。
with
the
further
development
of
the
whole
world，
the
cultural
munication
between
different
countries
and
nations
bees
faster
and
more
and
more
important。
we
are
indeed
from
different
nations，
but
we
are
the
citizens
of
the
same
world，
so
the
outstanding
culture
of
different
nations
is
the
mom
wealth
of
everyone
on
the
earth。the
only
way
for
us
to
protect
our
traditional
culture
is
to
reject
the
foreign
culture?

answer
is
definitely
no。
what
we
ought
to
do
is
to
spare

effort
to
educate
chinese
to
get
to
know

treasure
our

instead

很高兴与大家在这里交流。首先，我自我介绍一下。我叫Xx，Xx岁，出身于农家。91年从师范专科汉语言专业毕业；94年我完成了哈师大本科进修学习。91年——96年我Xx从事教育教学，同时兼任班主任工作。97年—03年，我在教育局任Xx。04年—09年我在教育局Xx任主任。2010年以来，我在任校长。十九年来，我无论在教育一线、在教育局机关，还是重返教育一线，教育工作都是我的最爱。我努力工作，不断学习，本色做人，始终享受着教育工作的快乐。我的人生也随着社会的发展和时代进步在成长，不断收获着自己努力工作、积极生活的果实。在Xx工作时，我全身心投入到学校教育教学工作之中，多次被评为优秀教师和优秀班主任。在市教育局工作期间，我深入学习，开阔视野，从宏观上对教育有了更深刻的认识。撰写的文章也多次在《Xx教育》等期刊上发表。多次被政府记功奖励、被评为优秀党员。在工作期间，与最基层的学校、教师、学生、农民和土地打交道，是我人生最充实、最幸福、收获最多的时光。童年、少年和这段纯静的农村生活，它形成了我生命中最本质的东西，我由衷地感谢他们。

1、顺应时代的发展、人才成长的需要，推动教育逐步从普及九年义务教育“粗放型”教育阶段转轨为“精耕细作式”的小班化、个性化教育模式。深化教育改革，办出学校特色，避免千校一面和人才培养雷同化。采取灵活多样、丰富多彩的教育教学方式，促进学生的个性化发展。
2、教育教学质量是学校的生命线。我将以教育教学为工作中心，将主要的精力和时间专注于此。打造有效课堂，向课堂45分钟要质量。课堂教学注重师生的情感呼应和学习效率，让学生在愉快、专注、高效的氛围中学习。培养学生良好的学习习惯，掌握科学的学习方法。灵活、生动地引导学生学习文化知识。
3、加强民族传统文化教育。转变观念，修改我们的教育取向。转变我们小学、初等教育就以“分数”为核心追求的思维和行为定势。我将以弟子规为切入点，组织学生像每天唱歌一样每周诵记一首诗词，学生每日、教师每周一页钢笔字或毛笔字或者一幅画，常年积累，三年、五年、八年以后，可以提高我们师生的国学素养和对传统文化的理解，培养师生高雅情趣。我们学校教育在加强传承知识的同时，强化文化滋养和民族印记。可以说，我们农村不缺知识，缺少的是文化。我将努力创建特色学校，条件成熟时，开设国学、书法、艺术特长教育班级和学校，夯实学校师生文化底蕴。
4、我将尽最大努力保障教师有尊严的工作和生活，调动广大教师的工作积极性。老师，不是现实社会中的强者，但是我们国家的中流砥柱。物质上我将创造条件，建设教师高品质的工作环境和生活环境。认真积极地解决广大教师生活、工作中出现的实际困难。精神上倡导教师多学习、多读书、读好书，阅读《读者》、《论语》等高品质、优秀期刊读物。读书的厚度决定人生的高度。我相信我们老师都会随着阅读书刊、阅读社会、阅读人生而成长。
组织和引导我们教师多锻炼，多参与文体活动。倡导和组织教师晨炼、课间锻炼，凝聚教师工作、生活士气，缓解工作、生活压力，关注我们教师工作、生活过程中的身心状态。举行教师运动会或教师艺术节。每位教师将自己拿手绝活，学习心得展示出来，同喜同乐，学习提高。引导教师健康饮食、积极锻炼、快乐生活，以良好的精神面貌投入到工作、生活中去。人人享受为人师表，从事教育的自尊与快乐。
教育专家魏书生同志曾讲过：“教育没什么大事，我只是把大家想到的小事，踏踏实实地做了出来。”我将向他学习，认认真真、踏踏实实的把工作和生活中的事情做好。
Xx这片美丽肥沃的土地，曾是宁古塔将军开缰拓土、镇守边关的重镇，人杰地灵，有着悠久的历史和丰厚的文化底蕴，踏着先人的足迹，与天地相伴，我们曾走过，我期待着这历史的轮回，与大家共同度过，与大家共同提高一小步，推动教育前进一大步，共担我们这一代教育人的历史重任。
谈了一些不成熟的想法，不当之处，请各位领导、各位老师多多指正。如果组织和各位老师信任我，我走上Xx校长这个岗位，我将决不辜负大家的信任，宏扬正气，廉洁勤政，公正、公开、公平地处理学校发展过程中出现的问题。勤勤恳恳，踏踏实实，尽自己最大努力为Xx的教育发展服好务，为Xx全体老师和学生服好务，与大家一起共创面朝大海，春暖花开的人生境界和事业未来。当然，如果没有机缘与大家共同为教育发展努力，我也会为Xx教育的未来加油！为大家加油！为大家祝福！我也会在我以后的人生道路上加油！使我的人生道路不断向珠穆朗玛峰攀登，即使我达不到8843米的高度，我相信在大家的帮助下，我也会努力继续向5500米的前进营地进发。谢谢大家！
